      There are some very important questions to consider and ask a company before you would become partners with them, right?  In the event of a hail storm when you need to bring in a PDR company, you  are becoming partners with that company. Long after they have gone, you still have to deal with the good and bad  effects of that partnership. Bad effects such as cracked paint, drilled holes, headliner wrinkles and broken trim pieces can be a detriment to your reputation . Some of these problems may not be realized until after the car has been delivered and your PDR company has left. Most of these PDR companies have no home based shop to contact if future problems should arise.

Through our hard work and dedication we have grown to a 16,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility with 15 employees always mastering one trade before adding a new one. With combined experience of now over twenty years in paintless dent repair, we now offer several different cosmetic repairs and custom options for our customers at home.
 
      We know how stressful and overwhelming it can be after a catastrophic storm. Your customers, on the other hand, want the same service from you as they have come to expect on any other day. It would be easier to just pick the first PDR company you meet and hope they  have the experience and skill to handle this new partnership. Unfortunately, too many reputable body shops have been let down by PDR companies that are only looking for a quick payday, and not a lasting relationship. 1. Are they insured or bonded?

   We are completely insured on any jobsite and can have    a certificate of insurance coverage faxed directly to your    shop before any repairs are done.

2. Do they carry Workers Comp. Insurance?

   We cover all our employees with Workers Comp.    Insurance. We can give you a certificate of coverage to    present to your carrier. With Dents Unlimited you will    not incur any year end audit fees for sub contracted    work.

3. Do they have references that will actually talk to you and     vouch for their integrity and craftsmanship? As opposed to     just letters of recommendation.

   We have worked with many body shops and dealers and    would be happy to give you names and contact numbers    to hear first hand of  our dedication to our trade.

4. Will they estimate cars, give customer demos on dent      removal, and handle issuing supplements if needed?

  Having our own shop, puts us in a different position    than most PDR companies. We deal with adjusters and    customers on a day to day basis, as you do, and    understand the importance of a courteous but    aggressive relationship with both.

5. Can they offer a written warranty on every vehicle they      repair?
