I just wanted to express my happiness with my recent visit (1119) to your shop to get some
PDR done on my 2006 Mazdaspeed6. From the moment I walked into the lobby to get a quote
done after being recommended you guys by Joe Machens, I felt something that I rarely feel
when I take my car into a shop. I felt like 1 was being treated like an adult, and most
importantly a paying customer. This is a feeling I have rarely gotten when taking my car
anywhere, which isn't that often because I have a hard time trusting other people with my
car. Most shops in St. Louis just treat me as a "kid" with a turbocharged Mazda, and shrug me
off as if I am not going to give them any serious business, with no idea about me, or the
amount of work I have put into this car. You guys have some great pricing, and whoever
worked on my car even ended up popping an extra dent on my hood, as well as filling in all of
my rock chips. This is something that is way beyond what I would expect, and I am truly
appreciative that a shop would take the time to go the extra mile for a customer. Even
further, I could tell the car was washed when I came to pick it up, and someone actually took
the time to clean my wheels (they are white, and a pain in the ass to clean), which showed me
how much you guys care about your customers, and cars in general. I know a lot of people in
the car scene here, and I will definitely be recommending anyone who needs any type of PDR,
Body Work, etc., to you in the future.

My Toyota 4Runner recently suffered some damage in a collision with a deer on Highway 54. I took it to several shops for estimates and decided to have Dents Unlimited do the repairs. Here's a note to let you know how much these guys stand behind their work. I brought my car in to get some dings out, and they did such a great job, I had them do some paint work.
Even when problems arose with my rear fenders, they worked everything out and made sure my car looked beautiful. With an offer that even I could afford, it showed to me how far Ryan and Marc were willing to go to satisfy a customer.
